Rebecca

Restaurant Rebecca is a cozy bistro located in the Khamovniki district, on the grounds of the contemporary Sadovye Kvartaly residential complex. It's the third joint project by restaurateur and BB Group co-owner Svetlana Drobot and brand chef Grigory Chunikhin, who earlier launched the projects Linbistro and Ester.

The panoramic windows fill the space with natural light, and lighting built into the mirrors creates a cozy atmosphere.

The restaurant's interior carries the spirit of a French brasserie with touches of Scandinavian minimalism. The space is done in calm gray tones with warm light-wood accents. At the center of the room is a massive wooden dresser for tableware, visually splitting the space into two zones. Inside are a substantial bar counter, vintage armchairs and chairs, and soft rounded sofas lining the walls. The open kitchen and bakery, separated by a glass partition, let guests watch the cooking process.

The menu offers a range of dishes with an emphasis on European and Middle Eastern cuisine. In the Raw Bar section, try sea bass ceviche, scallop crudo and beef tartare. Among the hot dishes: tenderloin with eggplant, veal cheeks with root vegetables, chicken with morels, and house-made pasta. The bar list features signature cocktails and wines from small French wine estates.
