Semifreddo is Igor Vitoshinsky's fine Italian restaurant. A long-standing project, marking its 20th anniversary in 2023. The brand chef is the Sicilian Nino Graziano, holder of two MICHELIN stars: a first-rate master whose career now spans 50 years (!). Assisting Nino in the kitchen is his student, chef Luca Verdolini. The bar menu features a huge collection of wine and grappa.
By the way, he still personally prepares many of the menu's dishes to family recipes.
The restaurant's interior has been refreshed over the years, with the latest iteration of its luxury and elegance shaped by designer Kirill Istomin.
