Restaurant "Vadvare" is a gastronomic project by the group The Stolen Artichoke, owned by Italian restaurateur Nicola Mavica and his daughter Greta. The venue is located in the Sadovye Kvartaly complex, on Efremova Street.

The restaurant's interior blends minimalism, functionality and artistic accents, creating the atmosphere of a culinary workshop.

The space is split across two levels: the ground floor holds a bright bakery-café serving breakfast and fresh pastries in the morning, while the second floor has the main dining room, with a long communal table for 12-16 people and an open kitchen. The decor is minimalist but lavish: marble, wood, dim lighting, contemporary art pieces. The interior seems to nod to the Italian trade show Pitti Taste — plenty of breathing room, attention to detail, and respect for every element of the space.

The kitchen is led by chef Emanuele Pollini, a student of the Michelin-starred chef Carlo Cracco. The menu is an eclectic mix of Italian, Japanese and Russian culinary tradition. Among the dishes: venison tartare with porcini and leek, pastas with original sauces, teriyaki duck breast, BBQ octopus, pizza and poke bowls. The bar list includes carefully chosen wines with an emphasis on France and Italy, plus sake, baijiu, sherry and Japanese whisky.
