Strelka

Strelka is Aram Mnatsakanov's bar-club.

The space around this riverside bar has long been considered the main meeting point of the city's social, cultural and party scene.

The interior design was handled by the Static Aesthetic team. The room was carefully zoned, with plenty of red velvet added and filled with new vintage furniture. Inside are two bar counters (one smaller, one larger), a wing-shaped lamp, and a huge round chandelier. Despite the loud night parties, it's calm here during the day. The kitchen and bar are set up during daytime hours so you can have breakfast, lunch, or even hold a business meeting.

The kitchen here is led by Regis Trigel. The menu consists of tapas, starters and mains. Popular items include a Middle Eastern muhammara with bell pepper, guacamole with shrimp, and tuna prepared tataki-style. Breakfast gets special attention too, served buffet-style. The bar menu is entirely bar manager Sergey Chesnokov's responsibility, featuring signature cocktails like the gimlet and the spritz, along with wines, more than 10 of which are available by the glass.
