Trompette

Restaurant Trompette on Trubnaya is a French bistro by the Mandy's Group team, where French street food meets a gastronomic approach.

Here, French culinary classics blend with original accents.

The interior was designed by the London studio Atelier Minka, led by Alina Voronova. The space evokes a cozy Parisian apartment, with an emphasis on natural materials, vintage details and soft light. By day, the room feels light and fresh; in the evening, it turns into an intimate spot for an unhurried dinner with wine. Every element here is considered, from the furniture to the wine racks styled as art objects.

The menu was put together by guest French chef Jérôme Pfeiffer and Mandy's brand chef Andrei Zelenkov. Among the dishes: octopus carpaccio with a green vinaigrette, a beet salad with goat cheese, salmon rillettes with pickled onion, a ratatouille-and-thyme tartlet, a seafood bouillabaisse, spit-roasted chicken, pastas, fish and signature desserts. The wine list gathers labels from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Provence, Champagne, and the Loire and Rhône valleys, with around 15 wines available by the glass. The bar program, created by Vasily Zheglov, is built on local ingredients and hands-on work with the raw materials.
