Teible

Restaurant Teible is located on the ground floor of Jameel Arts Centre. Inside is a timeless minimalist design: plenty of light wood, live plants, and panoramic windows overlooking the bay.

The tasting menus draw on the "farm to table" philosophy: the menu gathers dishes made from fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from small local farms.

The restaurant's chef, Carlos Frunze, developed a menu with nods to Nordic cuisine and a focus on local ingredients.

Another important part of the restaurant's concept is environmental care. The team works to reduce its environmental impact through every means available: eco-friendly ingredients are a priority, and food waste is cut down through fermentation, pickling, preserving and reusing ingredients.
