A family restaurant called Botanika has opened in Ramenskoye Town Park, serving Georgian cuisine. The project has taken over a restored historic wing and combines the park’s strolling rhythm with a Georgian table — spices, bread, long conversations, and an unhurried evening scenario.

The team chose not to argue with the historic building and bet instead on light, greenery and proximity to the park. Large windows visually connect the dining room to the trees, plants inside sustain the feel of an almost dacha-style meal, and the summer veranda is built for warm evenings among the foliage.

The goal here isn’t just a restaurant attached to a park, but a place for family gatherings, Georgian cuisine and a long, unhurried table.

Behind the project is Yevgenia Shtutman. She describes the opening as a long journey: the space was redone several times to get not an ordinary food-service spot but a restaurant people want to return to after a walk, where the park itself becomes part of the atmosphere.

The kitchen rests on Georgian classics without excess fusion. Chef Marusya gathered recipes from family notebooks, so the menu emphasizes recognizable homestyle flavors and rare dishes that don’t always make it onto city Georgian restaurant menus.

The new restaurant’s first event was an open evening for guests: live Georgian music played, signature dishes were served, and there were contests and quizzes about Georgia. Botanika is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
