Avocado Queen is a joint project by Arkady Novikov (Novikov Group), Anton Pinsky (Pinskiy & Co) and Glenn Ballis (Lucky Group). Hearty, healthy breakfasts, lunches both vegetarian and not, a rich selection of hand rolls and tartares, and every possible way of serving this superfood.
The star of the menu is avocado, used in 90% of the dishes.
The Avocado Queen herself — or rather, the chef of the restaurant on Malaya Bronnaya — is Lyudmila Moroz. The interior design was handled by Evgenia Uzhegova (Living Now Studio): the result is bright, green and naturally beautiful.
