LÚWO

A joint project by the ORIGIN restaurant group (Aina, Zoyka) and restaurateur Ilya Esterov (Memo, Zoyka) on Bolshaya Nikitskaya.

The concept is an unconventional Greece, where the interior, menu and bar become a single narrative space.

LÚWO spans three levels: a basement with a secret bar, a main floor with the main room and a fireplace area, and a terrace. A pleasant, bright interior with fluid shapes and natural-material finishes. The restaurant's kitchen is led by chef Artem Chudnenko.

He combines Greek elegance with Asian color: plenty of dishes cooked over fire, wood-fired oven baking, Eastern spices, fruit. And original desserts too: a goat-cheese semifreddo with olive and walnut sauce, a chocolate mousse with chocolate-and-caper sorbet. The bar menu was developed by the BARPOINT team, led by brand chef Alexander Gordyshev; sommelier Lera Borisova handles the wine list.
