Restaurateur Antonio Fresa built the menu on Levantine cuisine, adding Arabic, Moroccan and even Italian notes to the flavor of the classic dishes. Pita and the sweet "challah" bun are baked here, alongside signature falafel and hummus with tahini sauce. The absolute hit is shakshuka with a mix of Middle Eastern herbs.
Saviv is an Israeli restaurant in the historic Sleptsov mansion on Konyushennaya Street.
The bar menu features around 50 boutique farm wines, original cocktails and twists on the classics, like a spritz with artichoke liqueur — the work of head bartenders Elisei Tatarenko and Bagration Gagua. A marble fountain with drinking water, panoramic windows, antique chandeliers, a vintage piano, and consistently excellent Israeli cooking — that's the hospitable Saviv.
