A restaurant on the deck of the "Flying Dutchman" opened by Anton Pinsky and Ksenia Sobchak.

The menu was developed by chef Mikhail Bobylev; inside you'll find a crab salad, roast beef with feta and tuna sauce, seafood dumplings, and duck leg confit with sweet potato purée and Porto sauce.

The location was well chosen — Veter's windows open onto a gorgeous panoramic view of the Neva: in summer you can watch boats drift by, and the winter view isn't much less impressive than the summer one.

The interior has a distinctly Moscow scale, and it clearly got special attention: warm tones combined with textured furniture and white tablecloths on the tables do their job.
