Found is a contemporary space located in Stoleshnikov Lane, in the historic center of Moscow. It's a Japanese restaurant where gastronomy meets music and vinyl culture.
The restaurant's interior was designed by the bureau Saga.Moscow, blending Japanese restraint with the warmth of natural materials.
The space is split into several zones: the main room with an amphitheater and DJ booth, a tea room, a vinyl record shop with a listening booth, and a year-round veranda. Inside, light wood, concrete, soft lighting and the sound of a record create a calm, balanced atmosphere.
The menu was developed by brand chef Kazuhiko Kijima. The main focus is on ramen — classic tonkotsu in a rich pork broth, shoyu with duck, miso, kaisen. The menu also includes gyoza, tempura, Japanese curry, tonkatsu and desserts. The bar serves sake, Japanese whisky and signature cocktails by Yuta Inagaki. For those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, there's specialty coffee from Fauno and tea ceremonies led by Artem Kakhansky.
