Syrovarnya Park Gorkogo

A restaurant with its own cheese dairy in Gorky Park is a place where you can taste different kinds of cheese made right on-site. You can also learn interesting facts about cheesemaking and watch the whole process live. Restaurateurs Genrikh Karpina and Arkady Novikov worked on the project.

The menu features dishes built around the main theme ingredient — from classic starters and salads to mains and desserts.

Since the restaurant has a homey feel, there are plenty of European and Italian dishes suited to the whole family. Soft cheeses dominate the selection — from mozzarella and burrata to ricotta and caciotta.

The Syrovarnya's space is split into 2 rooms. The stylish interior is clean, rounded out with wood accents. Plenty of greenery adds to the relaxed atmosphere. There's a wood-fired oven on-site, baking fresh bread and pizza daily. A terrace adjoins the restaurant, with a view of the park and the pond. The place suits celebratory dinners and other events. For more intimate gatherings with fewer guests, a separate 60-person banquet hall with its own entrance is available.
