Zhuravli is a Russian cocktail bar created by bar enthusiast Pyotr Baryshnikov (ex. Delicatessen, Rick's bar&bistro) together with his friends.

The project's concept almost entirely reflects Russian motifs, given a contemporary treatment.

Beyond focusing on local producers and seasonal ingredients, the management has gone as far as using Russian-made soap. The waitstaff's uniforms are made from nettle fiber. Crystal chandeliers hang from the ceilings. The first room presents guests with a bar counter, where bartenders mix cocktails. The second room has a more private feel: dim lighting, small tables, soft furniture, and a distinctive detail — a harp. Zhuravli isn't about loud gatherings, but rather quiet evenings when you just want to switch off from everyday matters.

The cocktail bar's menu is strictly seasonal, so if you fall in love with a particular drink, it may well disappear within a month. The bar menu features liqueurs, vermouth and malt vodka. Every drink here is made with fresh berries, fruit and vegetables. Herbs and spices are added too. As for the food, the focus is on supporting local projects and producers. The dishes are made from natural, "clean" ingredients supplied by local farmers, gardeners, winemakers and distillers.
