Charlie is a stylish restaurant offering original cuisine and famous breakfasts with sparkling wine.

The interior designer is A. Khalchitskaya, whose work gave the restaurant an Art Deco style with a bright, spacious interior and panoramic windows. The open kitchen lets anyone watch the chefs at work — their focused movements are visible even from the embankment, through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The project is led by brand chef Y. Manchuk, who built a democratic concept into the menu, aiming to keep the average check around 2,000 rubles. The menu is split into several categories: seasonal offers, starters, dishes to pair with wine, soups, and desserts under the name "Happy End." Charlie ignores culinary hierarchies: popular international dishes sit alongside traditional Russian recipes, refined European fare and vibrant Asian delicacies. Sommelier and co-owner I. Manchuk put together a wine list of more than 150 labels, including natural and biodynamic wines, rare champagne varieties, and small-batch wines from boutique wineries. The list splits into two categories: everyday and exclusive offers. Irina updates the list regularly, curating seasonal selections.
