Ichi by ReLab

Ichi by ReLab in Kazan is a contemporary restaurant on Baumana Street. The venue is part of the ReLab Family project, known for its concept gastronomic spaces.

The interior blends Japanese tradition with minimalism.

The finishes use natural materials: wood, stone and metal. The space is divided by rice-paper shoji screens. The color palette runs to beige and gray tones with red accents. The lighting is dim, with central fixtures shaped like paper cranes hung at different heights. Inside are low tables, softly upholstered chairs, and a stone bar counter with wood paneling. The decor includes handmade ceramic tableware, live plants and calligraphy elements.

The menu includes Asian appetizers, rolls, gunkan, noodles and meat dishes. Among the signature items: eel oshizushi, miso ramen, bika ambon with grapes, and mango mochi. The bar list offers Japanese whisky, Chinese baijiu, signature cocktails and a wide selection of teas.
