Tokyo Sushi

Tokyo Sushi is a Japanese restaurant by chef Pavel Li, focused on sushi and seafood. It comprises both the main project and a sushi bar located within the Central Market. The menu combines classic Japanese dishes with rare culinary choices, reflecting current gastronomic trends in Tokyo.

There's also a cozy VIP room for more private gatherings.

The restaurant's interior is done in a contemporary Asian minimalist style: a bright space, a sense of openness, neutral tones and understated decor create a comfortable atmosphere.

The menu's largest sections are devoted to rolls and tartares. There are more than twenty rolls in various styles: with crab and flying-fish roe, with salmon and black truffle. There are more than a dozen tartares, including a dish of scallop with red caviar. Among the hot appetizers, the octopus in chimichurri sauce and the grilled duck with plum sauce stand out. Wine is recommended to accompany the seafood and grilled dishes. Sommelier V. Lesnichenko selected 160 different wines, with an emphasis on sparkling and white varieties as well as light-bodied reds, to pair well with Tokyo's cuisine. The bar offers cocktails built on Asian spirits, a range of sake, Japanese whisky and gin.
