Amy is a project by Alexander Oganezov, opened in the spot once occupied by the never-quiet Saxone+Parole. Chef Ruslan Polyakov leads the main menu, while Ilya Zamogilin-Sudzilovsky handles desserts. The bar menu (Vitaly Skripchinsky) and the wine list (Dmitry Bazilashvili) deserve attention too.

The concept leans toward comfort food with a French bias: foie gras, terrines and croissants.

The interior features leather, wood, white tablecloths, black sofas and contemporary art pieces — every detail thought through by Saint Petersburg designer and architect Evgenia Uzhegova.
