Brasserie 2.0 Select

Brasserie 2.0 Select is a contemporary European brasserie in central Moscow, located on Krasnaya Presnya Street. Brasserie 2.0 Select puts the emphasis on simple pleasures, quality ingredients, and a space that's pleasant to spend time in on any day of the week.

The space is done in light, natural tones with wood and textured materials, creating a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The rooms have plenty of natural light, panoramic windows, textured wood, mirrors and wall panels, and soft furniture and warm lighting add intimacy. In warm weather, a covered balcony terrace decorated with plants is open.

The restaurant's kitchen is grounded in European culinary tradition, with an emphasis on France, Belgium and Germany. The menu features light appetizers and salads, fritters and classic starters, main hot dishes and desserts. Among the mains: a beef steak with pepper sauce, a marbled-beef Wellington, a beef rib with mashed potato and a porcini sauce, and white fish with crushed potato and a mussel sauce.
