Santi

Santi is another project by the Lucky Group restaurant group, located at Patriarshie Prudy.

The interior is done in a refined, elegant style.

The space's design is by the British designer John Whelan. Inside are high ceilings, small tables with white tablecloths, black leather sofas and chairs. The space is filled with soft, warm light that creates a cozy atmosphere. Mirrored arches along the walls add depth and visually expand the room.

The kitchen is led by brand chef Alexander Shtepa and chef Nikita Nikitin. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with an emphasis on French tradition. Among the dishes: Cantabrian anchovies with stracciatella and pistachio, lamb tongue, beef carpaccio with foie gras, and orzo with octopus. The dessert list, by Daria Shmarova, offers classic French desserts: tarte tatin, crème brûlée and chocolate flan. The bar list, created by head bartender Maxim Gorelik and bar manager Konstantin Didenko, is devoted to the art of minimalism and includes Italian classic cocktails with original interpretations. The wine collection, by brand sommelier Dmitry Kipelkin and sommelier Marina Karabanova, features wines from France, Italy, Spain and the New World.
