Twins Garden on Strastnoy Boulevard is a restaurant tied to an entire era of Moscow gastronomy. Dinner here takes the form of original tasting sets, each unfolding its own culinary narrative. "Legends of Old Towns" is eleven courses reimagining the culinary character of Russian towns, from Myshkin and Uglich to Gus-Khrustalny and Bogolyubovo. Every dish is an attempt to convey the mood of a specific place through flavor. The "Farm" set works with the best seasonal ingredients, emphasizing natural flavor with no unnecessary complication. Twins Easy, by contrast, gathers rare and costly ingredients prepared using elaborate culinary techniques. For those who prefer freedom of choice, an exclusive ten-item à la carte menu has appeared, a chance to sample Twins Garden's fine dining without committing to a full set.

A particular point of pride is the wine collection, running to more than fifteen hundred labels, some of them the only bottle of their kind. The sommelier will pair each tasting course or suggest something unexpected from the cellar. The restaurant's space is split into several rooms: an upper room with a panoramic view of the boulevard, an intimate wine room for private dinners, and the main room, where a sense of spaciousness meets dim lighting and natural materials. Reservations are recommended well ahead, especially for weekends and the wine room.
