Cast is a restaurant offering contemporary Middle Eastern dishes. It stands out for its thoughtful wine list and particular attention to champagne. A. Kudinova leads the team.

A special atmosphere comes from a corner with vintage armchairs and an eye-catching 1975 floor lamp, its chromed base and black metal shade drawing attention.

The project's design is by the Roobi architecture bureau, which restored and reimagined the space. The interior features a glossy wood-paneled ceiling, cozy sconces and decorative candlesticks. In summer, guests can enjoy a cozy terrace set up for spending time outdoors.

Chef Dmitry Chaikovsky leads the culinary direction, offering a varied menu from starters and hot dishes to soups and desserts. Order a set of traditional dips with pita, a broth with Iranian dumplings, or sweet tubes with cottage cheese and nuts. The wine list, developed by Artem Goncharov, is built around the Russian distributor of unique champagnes, À la Volée RWC — which explains why Cast places its main focus on original Champagne wines. The collection features more than 180 labels from around the world, over 50 of them champagnes.
