Πολύ

Restaurant "Πολύ" is a project by the Dreamteam team, located in the center of St. Petersburg, on Belinskogo Street.

The restaurant's interior blends Mediterranean style, country accents and contemporary design.

Inside, the walls are decorated with light tile and bright decorative inserts, with elegant round tables covered in snow-white tablecloths and colorful chairs. The main room is done in warm tones, with an emphasis on natural wood and soft lighting. Contemporary glass chandeliers add refinement, and the open kitchen lets guests enjoy watching the cooking process. A standout feature is the area with the wood-fired oven, done in a rustic style. The rough stone finish and minimalist design create a sense of tradition and authenticity.

The kitchen is led by chef Ilya Burnasov. The menu features Greek and Byzantine dishes. Among them: a seasonal plum tart, dorado crudo with tomato salsa and lime, shawarma-spiced chicken with skordalia, dorado with sea grapes, and house-made halva with tahini and pistachios.
