Recolte

A fine-dining wine restaurant by the beloved Duoband duo. Chef Dmitry Blinov, true to form, surprises with unusual culinary combinations focused on meat. The compact menu has around 35 items, including: a spicy salad with tongue and tomatoes, foie gras with raisins and gin, and beef cheek with young beans. On the wine list, head sommelier Kristina Veselova presents 300 labels, leaning toward premium bottles.

The style and atmosphere were created by Alexey Penyuk (studio APPA): a 45-seat space, soft dim lighting, leather sofas, wine racks and contemporary art on the walls.

Another distinctive feature among the drinks is a section of mineral waters from different countries. Balance, proportion, geometry — that's Recolte.
