Grassa is a new Italian project by restaurateurs Yaroslav and Vadim Borisikhin (Cibo, Izakaya, Grain) and Glen Ballis (Eva, Claudia, Champagne Charlie's Bistro), located on the cozy Bogoslovsky Lane.

The menu blends Italian tradition with contemporary culinary technique.

The restaurant's interior is done in light, warm tones that create a pleasant atmosphere. At the center of the room is an open kitchen, letting guests watch the cooking process. The space is rounded out by a bar counter and a dining room with wooden tables and unusually shaped chairs. The brick walls are decorated with copper pots and pans, the floor has upscale parquet, and the white ceiling and soft lighting add coziness.

The kitchen is led by concept chef Vadim Borisikhin, who trained in London, did a stage in France, and worked at Percorso. Among the dishes are pasta and pizza, filet mignon in a "Tournedos Rossini" style, grilled octopus and dorado. For dessert, try the tiramisu, pear choux, lemon cake and parmesan flan. The bar list offers a wide range of signature cocktails, a perfect complement to the main menu.
