A project by Ilya Tyutenkov at the Usachevsky Market. No, the menu isn't stuffed with lard, fat and pork belly — "Zhirok" is meant, according to its creators, as a concentration of the very best in one place.

Here, brand chef Georgy Troyan and chef Alexey Usov blend European and Asian cuisine and add their own original touch.

The menu is compact, just a page and a half.

The cocktail list was put together by Anton Ivakha, and the talented Elena Nabiullina (Garage, Atelier de Tartelettes) chose the desserts. The design was handled by Natalia Belonogova's studio: mysterious candles, moody half-tones and scarlet accents throughout.
