Entrepreneur Elena Mikshis's culinary project is located in the forest, on the grounds of a national park. The restaurant blends seamlessly into the natural landscape, and it's easy to spend a whole day here: start the morning by the pool, have fresh seafood for lunch, and stay for a glass of wine and live music in the evening.

The Mamai-Calé building is a huge colonial-style mansion.

The large panoramic windows offer views of the garden, planted with about three thousand different plants brought from a Tuscan nursery. In the evening, a fireplace sets the mood. The restaurant is surrounded by terraces and gazebos, each individually designed. In warm weather, you can sit outside, listen to the sounds of nature and the stream running through the garden. Inside is an elegant interior, with natural-material finishes, large armchairs, white tablecloths and dim lighting. On the grounds, you'll find an open-air art exhibit, an outdoor cinema running in the evenings, and, on Sundays, live music from the S.V. Rachmaninoff String Quartet.

Two chefs lead the restaurant's kitchen: chef Andrei Koshkodan and concept chef Maxim Mikshis. The menu's concept is built on natural flavors and dishes made to family recipes, following the principles of European classics and authentic Central Asian cuisine.
