A two-story Asian gastrobar on Malaya Nikitskaya — a project by Moscow restaurateur Ilya Tyutenkov (Ugolek, Severyane, Pinch, Uilliam's). The restaurant's main room is done in powder tones, while the basement level holds a dark-toned tea room with bold accents, dim lighting and unusual decor pieces.

The concept draws on Eastern philosophy, with an interior by Natalia Belonogova (Saray, Severyane, Guidon, Grace) that nods to minimalism and neo-baroque.

Two chefs lead the kitchen: concept chef Luigi Magni (Ugolek, Pinch) and chef Masaharu Horiike. The menu features Asian dishes with European motifs and an original touch. The starters include yuzukosho shrimp on mini romaine, wasabi edamame, tomato tartare on shiso tempura; the mains include Japanese-style black cod with green beans, soft-shell crab tempura with tartar and amazu sauces, and wagyu sukiyaki. There are sections for noodles, rolls and soups too.

The bar menu has three main sections: original cocktails, more than ten kinds of sake, and wine. For non-drinkers, there's a large tea selection, from white tea off old bushes to Sheng Pu'er Lao Ban Zhang from a 200-year-old tree. You can even order a full tea ceremony.
